Welcome to 2008 and to our winter newsletter. I hope this comes at a good time - you've had enough time to recover from the holidays, you're settled back into your regular routine and the reality of this new year is upon you. Thanks to all of you who attended and a very special thanks to Maria Marson who provided invaluable support for all 3 days. Due to the enthusiastic response to the presentations we have done so far, we are offering a more detailed seminar series which will start next month. In this letter we have our usual features including the exercise contribution from Narina Prokosch. We are also thrilled to be introducing Karen McCoy owner of McCoy Fitness and Health who will also be a regular contribor, answering questions on nutrition. Karen will be offering nutritional councelling at the clinic starting in February.
